Current Goals

My goals are flexible and get updated every six weeks.  As I change, the goals change to reflect my new abilities and to challenge me further.

1.  Eat healthy – mostly plant-based, high raw, fresh and whole food.

2.  Drink at least 3 liters of water per day.

3.  Do some form of exercise every day – water aerobics, swimming, walking, dancing, hooping, Pilates are current favorites.



4.  Sleep 8 hours per night.

5.  Meditate daily – even if only for 10 minutes.


6.  Set milestones and reward myself for reaching them.
