Milestones & Rewards

To stay motivated, I’m setting some smaller goals (milestones) for myself.  And I’ll be crossing them off, one by one.

The reward for reaching the first one is an empty silver charm bracelet.  After that, each milestone will earn me a charm.

Here are the milestones:

  1. 159.9 kg (351.8 pounds)
  2. 155 kg (341 pounds)
  3. 150 kg (330 pounds)
  4. 145 kg (319 pounds)
  5. 140 kg (308 pounds
  6. 136.3 kg (299.9 pounds) – Out of the 300’s
  7. 130 kg (286 pounds)
  8. 125 kg (275 pounds)
  9. 120 kg (264 pounds
  10. 115 kg (253 pounds)
  11. 110 kg (242 pounds)
  12. 105 kg (231 pounds
  13. 100 kg (220 pounds)
  14.  93.8 kg (206.4 pounds) – no longer obese
  15. 90.9 kg (199.9 pounds) – Out of the 200’s
  16. 85 kg (187 pounds)
  17. 80 kg (176 pounds)
  18. 78 kg (171.6 pounds) – no longer overweight
  19. Walk to the swimming pool and back
  20. Swim 10 laps without resting
  21. Run 1 km
